Dr. Amina Bougrine

Dermatologist

Dr. Bougrine is a graduate of McGill University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Science with a minor in Social Studies of Medicine as well as her Medical Degree (MDCM, 2009). She completed her residency in dermatology at Université de Montréal (2014), where she acted as chief resident during her training. She completed a fellowship in cutaneous oncology at Harvard University (2020). She is board-certified in dermatology in both Canada and the United States. She has engaged in multiple professional development opportunities in various areas of interest including non-invasive skin imaging for the early diagnosis of skin cancer, dermatologic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Prior to founding Aura Dermatologie, Dr. Bougrine gained extensive experience in private practice in the Montreal community. She also held multiple academic and hospital leadership positions and served as faculty at both Université de Montréal and McGill University where she contributed to the training and mentoring of medical students and residents. She is also a published author of multiple scientific articles and medical textbook chapters.
